- Submit a brief feedback form telling us what you tried and what did not work. This helps us improve and ensures good-faith claims.
- Refunds issued as store credit first. Cash refunds available on request for physical products returned in good condition.

Wrong Size/Color
- Store credit equal to full purchase price
- Must return item first (verified receipt)
- Store credit never expires
Changed Mind
- Store credit for 80% of purchase price (20% restocking fee)
- Must return within 30 days
- Item must be unworn/unused with tags attached
- Original packaging required
After 30 Days
No returns or refunds after 30 days from delivery date, except under our 60-Day Focus Guarantee for qualifying bundles.
Pre-Order Products
- Full refund available any time before the product ships
- Once shipped, standard return policy applies
- Digital pre-orders (audiobook) are non-refundable once delivered
Digital Products & App Access Codes
- Digital downloads and app access codes are non-refundable once redeemed
- Unredeemed codes can be refunded within 14 days of purchase
